CID Underground Space

The CID Underground Space covers a total area of about 1,250 mu (833,333 square meters), with a total construction area of about 3.0593 million square meters and a total investment of about 27 billion yuan. It includes the Underground Space of the Silk Road International Financial Central Core District (also called the Eye of Future Underground Space) and the Financial Innovation Zone Underground Space. It is currently the largest Underground Space in China with the largest size and the highest construction difficulty. The CID Underground Space includes functions of commerce, culture, entertainment, public service, transportation, etc. It is committed to creating an innovative multi-dimensional urban space integrating underground complex, civil defense projects, warehouses, rail station halls, sunken squares, and underground parking lots.

The Underground Space of the Silk Road International Financial Central Core District (Eye of Future Underground Space) covers an area of about 500 mu (33,333 square meters), with a total construction area of about 1.5 million square meters and an investment of about 10 billion yuan. The Financial Innovation District Underground Space (Yong’an Canal Underground Space) covers an area of about 750 mu (500,000 square meters), with a total construction area of about 1.5593 million square meters and an investment of about 17 billion yuan.
